NOTE: You must sign a waiver when you arrive. I will have them on a table when you enter the fields

NOTE: You may want to warm up outside, but it is muddy. Please do not track mud into the Dome.

Footwear:
The Hudson Valley Sportsdome does not allow cleats. Turf shoes or sneakers only. They are strict about this so please obey.
Food:
The Hudson Valley Sportsdome does not allow tournaments to provide food. They also do not allow outside food. I know Ultimate players expect something like 6 bagels per person, but The Dome has a consession stand and I am simply barred from feeding you the usual tournament fare. Buy from the dome, or bring your own lunch to eat discretely... Sorry. Really.
Costs:
The Hudson Valley Sportsdome is cutting us a huge deal. Usually they get $400 per hour per field! I know that you paid a fairly high bid fee, and are not even getting fed, but trust me, they hooked us up. Let's be super grateful and respect their space.

Tournament Schedule and Format:
The Clock
We pay for the fields by the minute so the games must start and end on time. Round 1 begins at 1pm whether you are there or not. There will be a game clock on the wall and it must be obeyed.
Round Robin:
In order to ensure that each team plays every other team, we are doing a round robin style format. Games will be played to time, not score. Opposing team captains should verify each game's score prior to reporting since point differentials will matter.
